Procreation is a (melodic) death metal band from The Netherlands. Their debut album â??Ghostwoodâ? is already considered to be an â??old classicâ??, but is â??onlyâ?? from 2016. Now itâ??s finally time for their second album to be released. â??The Grand Inquisitorâ? contains a mix of old school Swedish melodic death metal (In Flames, At The Gates) and 90â??s brutal death metal (Pestilence, Death, Dismember, Unleashed), with some thrash vibes (Flotsam And Jetsam, Evile, Destruction and Sodom), and with even some good old heavy melodic metal influences (Rainbow, Dio, Black Sabbath), all topped off with brutal vocals as we know from bands like Obituary, Benediction and Bolt Thrower.
