Zhiva is finally back with a full-length album. "Into The Eye Of The Storm" is the fourth album (after Shiva in 2002, Desert Dreams in 2004 and The Curse of the Gift in 2006). The terrific songwriting of guitarist Mats EdstrÃ¶m together with the powerful voice and lyrics of Anette Johansson, together with the rest of the band, has created an album at the intersection of Melodic Symphonic Metal and Hard Rock. The energy of the previous albums has been carefully combined with a fresh approach to the content and the result is an album consisting of 10 songs with heavy riffs along with dramatic melodies. An album to raise your fist in the air and headbang. Zhiva will be touring in the fall and has gigs in Sweden and some international dates planned. -
