Square cardboard sleeve in 3 panels, with liner notes dated Brighton, 2023. No separate booklet. Inside panel refers to CD 2 as BASTARD EXTRAS and states: The second CD of this version of Bastard contains what may be referred to as 'rare and unreleaed tracks'. There are (...) four more from the 2000s that for various reasons were never finished. Those have been spruced up and remixed for this release, although nothing essential has changed and the three vocal tracks retain the original vocals. Tracks 1-1 to 1-9 form the original album [m59022] (1997-07). Tracks 2-1 to 2-4 taken from 1995 EP [url=https://www.discogs.com/master/133133-Colin-Newman-Voice]Voice[/url]. Tracks 2-5 to 2-6 originally appeared on [url=https://www.discogs.com/release/14419-Various-Swim-Team-1]Swim Team #1[/url] (2000). Track 2-5 printed here as The Narrativ (With Corrado Izzo).
