Sure Thing

SYNOPSIS:

John Cusack (Say Anything, High Fidelity, Grosse Pointe Blank, Better Off Dead) plays down on his luck college freshman Walter Gibson in Rob Reiner's (When Harry Met Sally, The Princess Bride, This Is Spinal Tap) 1985 romantic comedy, The Sure Thing. When his best friend Lance (Anthony Edwards, Top Gun, TV's ER, Revenge of the Nerds) writes from UCLA with the promise of the "sure thing" (Nicollette Sheridan, TV's Knot's Landing, TV's Desperate Housewives, Spy Hard), Walter apprehensively sets out on a cross country road trip to Los Angeles.
