There is no explicit track listing on the cover for Blu-ray 2 the track listing is implied by the wording on the back cover 'Audio Disc High resolution (Audio Only)' This is backed up by the disc menu.

An 8-inch art-print, signed by Steven Wilson, Gavin Harrison and Richard Barbieri, was included for the first 500 pre-orders on the Porcupine Tree webstore, and 500 prints randomly inserted by Burning Shed.
On the 2005 studio release '[m=62376]', where the song 'Halo' first appeared, the track is credited to Porcupine Tree ? which at the time was Barbieri, Edwin, Harrison and Wilson. This release correctly credits Gavin Harrison as a co-writer of 'Halo' in the book (second-to-last page, small print), but on both the CD and Blu-ray gatefold disc sleeves (last pages, small print) erroneously credits former drummer [a=Chris Maitland] as co-writer of 'Halo'.
