Garbo, aka Chris Evans, formerly of psych pop band World of Oz, reinvented his solo career when forming the new band Garbo's Celluloid Heroes for 1978's "Only Death is Fatal." Though not a commercial success, the raw Birmingham punk energy earned acclaim, with the Walsall Observer calling it "a cert for the charts." Now a cult classic, the quintessential diamond in the rough song has built up it's own obscure following through the decades.
