Limited black smoke colored vinyl LP pressing. 2017's "Deus Salutis Meæ" ("God of my Salvation") is a truly mesmeric emission from Blut Aus Nord, the great Black Metal innovator renowned for disdain toward convention and a murderous relationship with boundaries. Using frightening alchemy and predatory cruelty, BAN here fuses each distinct era of it's 23-year existence with powerful readings of cavernous, arcane Death Metal, the occult excesses of outsider Industrial and the abject hauntings of psychotropic Doom. "Deus Salutis Meæ" is an otherworldly conflagration of ouroboros riffing, microtonal harmonies, demented Hanneman/Belew leads and chanted incantations of tether-end lunacy - the vestige of melodic grandeur lurks within each distressingly addictive phrase. A work of singular class from an artist who continues to remain vital.

Gatefold cover with a 2-page 12"x12" insert, an A2 poster and a download card. Pressed on ultra clear with black smoke vinyl. The insert contains the lyrics for psalm 88 in English and Latin. In latin this psalm is referred to as "Domine Deus salutis meae". "WELL MADE MUSIC" is stamped. Matrix numbers and "HJH" are etched. "HJH" is etched sideways.
