Der Geiger und Komponist Marco Anzoletti wurde 1867 in Trient in eine musikalische Familie hineingeboren, der Vater Cellist, die Onkel Pianisten und Geiger. Schon im Alter von 22 Jahren bekleidete er den Lehrstuhl fÃ¼r Violine am MailÃ¤nder Konservatorium. Neben fÃ¼nf Opern und zahlreichen Werken fÃ¼r die Violine schrieb Anzoletti auch eine Handvoll Lieder, darunter Vertonungen der Gedichte seiner Schwester Luisa und einen ungewÃ¶hnlichen Variationen-Zyklus Ã¼ber Texte des Librettisten und Komponisten Arrigo Boito. Das Album der Sopranistin Gabriella Costa und des Pianisten Alberto Nones umfasst Anzolettis komplettes Liedschaffen in einer Erstaufnahme. -
