This Blue Mitchell recording (1965) was the follow-up of his blue note debut "The thing to do". The album kicks off with the boogaloo grooves opener "Hi heel Sneakers", the least attractive track of the album; but the dynamic quintet plays great and throughout the cd they offer the listener some fine solos. Highlights include "March on Selma" and the ballad "Alone, alone,alone".
