Gatefold sleeve with double sided printed inner sleeves, foldout Insert with liner notes. Hype sticker on front of shrink wrap which includes the catologue number and barcode states: 'LIMITED EDITION DOUBLE HAZE VINYL' Small transparent 'Made in Canada' sticker on the rear of sleeve on the shrink wrap.
