Description: | Ramza, a musician based in Aichi Prefecture, will release his new album, Whispering Jewels - Cracked Beats, on vinyl and digitally. Ramza, a musician living in Aichi Prefecture, will release his new work 'Whispering Jewels - Hirabare no Kodo' on record and online. This work is a contemporary piece created by the dance company OrganWorks, run by dancer/choreographer Shintaro Hirahara, and is composed of six stories, with six dancers and two actors, with the theme of the chorus of ancient Greek drama. This piece was created as stage music for the dance piece 'Hirare no Kodo'. The first performance was held at KAAT Kanagawa Arts Theater in December 2021, and the final performance was held at Theater Tram in March of this year. The songs that Ramza created for each chapter are based on a theme, and a variety of environmental sounds are layered in a surreal manner over carefully programmed minimal electronic sounds. The soft and enveloping nostalgic keyboard melodies and noises that reach directly to the brain will sharpen your hearing, and the three-dimensional and vivid sound images and the voices of animals and (possibly) immortals will make you feel like you've traveled back in time to ancient times. I fall into an illusion. An alternative that radiates divine yet insane genius. An overwhelming musical experience that stimulates your creativity awaits. Ramza also created the excellent jacket artwork, which uses a performance photo of 'Hihiware no Kodo' taken by photographer Kato Kato. Double-disc LP record with gatefold jacket. Listen:https://open.
