This is followed by arias from four operas by Donizetti: 'Lucia di Lammermoor', 'Il duca d'Alba', 'La favourita' and 'Don Sebastiano'. Hardly ever has Pavarotti's singing been more natural and accomplished than on this album, pressed on yellow vinyl that reflects the colours of the striking cover.
