SVR is proud to announce the upcoming release of the new solo album from iconic pop vocalist, songwriter, and B52's co-founder, Kate Pierson, titled "Radios & Rainbows." Two focus tracks will be released preceding the album, titled "Evil Love" and "Take Me Back to the Party. â??When I was writing songs for â??Radios & Rainbowsâ? I surprised myself - what surfaced from my subconscious was unexpected, but most surprising was the song â??Evil Loveâ?. Working with the amazing writer and producer, Bleu McAuley, I came into the writing session with the idea of a song about forgiveness and love. Bleu said â??letâ??s think of some different kinds of loveâ?, and when I hit on â??Evil Loveâ? Blue said â??bingoâ? and suddenly the story unfolded in my mind. Itâ??s not a true story and no, I donâ??t have a gun, but it was really fun to write a revenge fantasy song about compulsive love - or letâ??s just call it â??Evil Loveâ?. -

SVR recording artist Kate Pierson will release her second solo album in 2024. The album includes a writing and performance collaboration with pop star Sia on the song "Every Day Is Halloween." Kate is an American singer, lyricist, and founding member of the B-52s. She has also collaborated with many other artists including the Ramones, Iggy Pop and R.E.M.
