Comes in a jewel case with a transparent tray and a 16-page booklet. EAC seems to indicate a gap of 51.38 seconds before track 5, it is set to append the gap to the previous track by default (which is what is done in the tracklist above), you can just as well add it to track 5 instead. The track seems not to be a hidden track on the US version ([r31975565]) nor on the digital releases and has it's own separate track on those releases in between track 4 and 5 of this release.
