"Track A1 originally appeared on the [r=1543447]" ? a twenty song various artists compilation, which was released by Sub Pop during December 1988 (SP 25). Track A2 is a later recording of 'Saccharin Rejection' from the ten-song various artists compilation LP '[r=1302065]', which was released by the German label Glitterhouse Records in 1988 (GR 0033). The later recording of 'Saccharin Rejection' was also included on the twelve track CD of '[r=902741]', which was released by Glitterhouse Records during June 1989 (GRCD 55). Also noting that an earlier recording of this song was released on The Fluid's 1986 debut album '[r=2662718]'. Track A3 is a previously unreleased outtake from the 8-track sessions recorded by Jack Endino in 1988. "Tracks A4, A5, A6, B1, B2, B3, B4 [& B5]: 'Clear Black Paper' outtakes recorded by the amazing Bob Drake at John Macey Studio, Denver, CO, 1988".
