cd 1 is normal progressive rock - metal sound and Disc 2 has concept orchestration rock album. Keyboardist Jordan Rudess 's ability is very good. Some years later they toured real orchestra and then release live album " the Score " .

Actually, this is my favorite DT album. Perhaps it is partly due to the fact that this is the first of their work, that I happened to listen, and the impressions were strongest. But there is one small "but." The album consists of 2 discs, on the first one there are 5 wonderful tracks, on the second one there is the title thing lasting 42 minutes, divided into 8 parts-tracks, and the incident is that this, the main part of the album, is obviously superfluous to me, because to listen to this The 42-minute twist until the end I did not have the patience never. Of course, everything is super-professional, super-twisted and high-quality. However, not in this happiness, because it frankly zadalbyvaet. And if you throw out the second disc, you get a great album, absolutely self-contained, balanced and complete, which you can safely put 10. Favorite tracks are "The Glass Prison", "Misunderstood" and the excellent ballad "Disappear". In general, I remove the point for being overdone.

Six Degrees... very strange album... but very good! Booklet is so nice, I don t know better from Dream Theater. This was one of few missing studio albums DT in my collection. So I have it. Next and last buy of studio CD is Dream Theater Debut. So only debut I have no today. Six Degrees... nice album.

"Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence" no supera al anterior album "Scenes From A Memory" pero logra algo mil veces mejor.
