Peter R. - 15/Mar/2017 Da ich die "Candy apple grey" von Hüsker Dü sehr mag und diese Platte ihr Vorgänger gewesen ist, habe ich mich zu diesem Kauf entschlossen. Bekannt war mir zuvor nur der Song "Makes no Sense at all", der einer der Bandklassiker ist. Für mich ist das eine sehr interessante Scheibe mit einigen Highlights wie dem Titelsong oder "Divide an Conquer", aber auch ein paar schwächeren Nummern, die aber in der Minderheit sind. Auffällig ist die steigende Komplexität der Songs in der zweiten Hälfte, welche auch die vergleichsweise bessere ist. Anfänglich sind die Songs kürzer, die im hinteren Teil muss man öfters hören, bis sie ihre volle Wirkung entfalten. Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich noch einen halben Punkt mehr geben, also kann ich "Flip your Wig" guten Gewissens empfehlen.
