Alison Burns, smoky bittersweet jazz singer par excellence and a new name on the jazz scene, releases her debut CD, Kissing Bug. Discovered by the virtuoso guitarist Martin Taylor the album features a veritable 'A' list of musicians including Grammy nominated guitarist Martin Taylor and acclaimed trumpet player Guy Barker, pianist David Newton, bassist Ewen Vernal and accordionist Jack Emblow. 'Kissing Bug' features some great jazz songs from down the ages all given the gorgeous vocal treatment by Burns.
