ROTERSAND's defining classics "Truth Is Fanatic" (2003) and "Welcome to Goodbye" (2005) are being reissued by Dependent as limited edition double vinyl albums and as luxurious artbooks with numerous bonus tracks. These included the 'lost' demo "Summer 02" and single "Dark Raver", which are both officially released for the first time on "Truth Is Fanatic". -

Rotersand is the brainchild of Rasc (the Fair Sex) and Gun (multi-instrumentalist and producer), who came together o create an artistic expression of the sound of music. Their import only EP, MERGING OCEANS, was released earlier this year and created quite a buzz no only on the German DAC charts but also in the clubs stateside. TRUTH IS FANATIC is the debut album that features a systhesis of 80s synthpop, electro and techno, this release is a harmonious fusion of driving rhtythms, rolling bass-lines, rousing melodies, hard electronic beats, and warm melancholic atmospheres. An authentic musical mixture, which corresponds perfectly with the spirit of the time.
