Description:

Digitally re-mastered and expanded edition of this 1985 album from the British Art Rock/New Wavers featuring five bonus tracks. The Monochrome Set defined themselves in the late '70s and early '80s as England's wittiest troubadours, avoiding the somber overtones of Post-Punk by penning songs that had a clean '60s Pop sensibility, allied to vocalist and guitarist Bid's sandpaper-dry reflections on life and love. 16 tracks. Cherry Red. 2009.

Clear jewel case with 12 page booklet. The studio LCCN entries and producer credits have been imported from the original LP release. Track durations are not listed on the release. Bonus tracks: Track 12 taken from [r=476156] single, tracks 14, 15 taken from [r=1437852] 12" single (1984) (nota bene: track 15 incorrectly titled as "Yo Ho Ho" on back sleeve and CD booklet, correctly titled in the liner notes) Track 13 taken from [r=441203] single, track 16 taken from [r=2778741] 12" single (1985)
