The whole of 1997 was deaf in the Gave Digger’s camp, and the band released by EP couldn’t tell anything new, as it was only part of the old recycled material. The Grave Diggers faced a very difficult task, because if they were disgraced after such an ingenious album as “Tunes Of War” they would have lost their status for a long time. But they were not disgraced, and provided another listener disc for the listener's trial. The sound is even better, clear and crystal, but as hard and powerful as before. From the melodic structures, everything is immediately clear - all the best from the albums “Heart Of Darkness” and “Tunes Of War” have been taken. The most powerful choirs and fast-shooting action movies, long memorable hits - all that was necessary from the new album of the collective. The songs “Lionheart” and “Battle Of Bannockburn” entered the group’s concert sets for life, and the best songs from the album are at the level of such legendary action movies as “Heavy Metal Breakdown” and “Rebellion (The Clans Are Marching)”. Verdict: a very strong and necessary disk in the collection of every fan of the group and just a lover of heavy Teutonic heavy metal.
