The sixteenth studio album by the German rock band Eloy, released in 1998. The album was very well received, both initially and retrospectively. I recommend.

An impressive album (1998) from very charming German prog/krautrock band using sci-fi elements in their music and lyrics. It is a conceptual continuation of their great release issued in 1977. A nice edition preserving the specific Eloy sound. A top thing!

Frankly speaking, I don't like any albums which are titled as a part of series.
Therefore my first impression on this album's title is not good but, fortunately enough, there is not much relationship between this album and "Ocean". The topic may be related but these 2 albums are totally separate ones.
Now forget about album title. This is really nice album.
