Metal Gods Judas Priest released its sixth studio album British Steel in May of 1980 The album was a change for the band in several ways. The band (which consisted of lead singer Rob Halford, lead guitarists Glenn Tipton and KK Downing and bass player Ian Hill) got a new drummer out of ex-Trapeze drummer Dave Holland (who would be their second long serving drummer (only his successor Scott Travis has been with them for 19 years)).

Absolutely classic album and absolutely wonderful work with a lot of bright tracks that have passed through generations.

This is the classic album of heavy metal. Great guitar riffs, energetic rhythms, power melodies. This is the a must have for every British heavy metal fan. The remastered sound is added the pleasure of listening to this music.

Album forever - classic - Judas Priest album No. 1 - I recommend

Undoubtedly, one of the most significant albums in the history of hard rock music, striking in its beauty and diversity, beating straight into the target - prystovsky British Steel deserves a whole separate chapter, you can talk and talk about it for hours - it is so good. Containing 4 great singles, 3 of which - Breaking The Law, Living After Midnight and Metal Gods - became real hits with a capital letter, a sort of rock anthems. A very technical album from the band, which for the first time in the history of music played in 2 leading guitars - K K Downing and Glenn Tipton are real masters of their work. The voice of the great rock vocalist Rob Halford is fascinating with his range, moving on to howling, now to real growling. On the disc there are no ballads in the literal sense of the word, but medium-tempo numbers - although there are heaps, but what (!) Medium-tempo numbers! Modern "pseudo-labor-metal" uniquely rest. The record is hard and energetic - in general, 10 out of 10. Acquire - this should be in every home!

Absolute classic of Heavy Metal Gods Judas Priest. This album is a landmark in their carreer and includes eternal hymns as Metal Gods, Grinder, Breaking the Law and Living After Midnight. Recomended for all heavy rock listeners!
