This version of Original Album Classics comes as a 5xCD. - INNER MOUNT../BIRDS OF../BETWEEN NO../APOCALYPSE/VISION2007 five CD set, a great installment in Sony/BMG's Original Album Classics series that brings together rare and out of print titles with some best sellers from the Sony/BMG Jazz catalog. Many of these albums have been unavailable on CD for some time and are sought after by collectors. Each set is presented in a high quality, rigid cardboard slipcase containing five 'vinyl replica' mini LP sleeves. This collection from the Jazz ensemble features the albums Inner Mounting Flame, Birds of Fire, Between Nothingness & Eternity, Apocalypse and Visions of the Emerald Beyond.Five CD set featuring the albums "The Inner Mounting Flame", "Birds Of Fire", "Between Nothingness And Eternity", "Apocalypse", and "Visions Of The Emerald Beyond" in individual cardboard sleeves which appear to be facsimiles of the original Columbia LP sleeves, housed in a cardboard slipcase.
Track times do not appear on packaging and were taken from a CD player.
Typographical errors:
Track 2-9 is incorrectly titled "Open Country Joe" on the slipcase. It is correctly titled "Open Country Joy" on the Birds Of Fire sleeve.
Track 3-1 is incorrectly titled "Thrilogy" on the slipcase. It is correctly titled "Trilogy" on the Between Nothingness And Eternity sleeve.
Track 5-3 is titled "Lile's Dance" on the release (a title for 5-3 only appears on the slipcase) but on other versions of Visions Of The Emeral Beyond it is titled "Lila's Dance".
