ZZ Top have always been a serious blues musicians. Even in the glamorous 80-ies, they released albums with a solid blues base, although dilute by electronics, robotic rhythms and clownery. But at the beginning of their journey they recorded good blues-rock albums. This album is a vivid example of a good start.
