Description:At The Heart Of Winter by Immortal, released 28 August 2000, includes the following tracks: "Tragedies Blows At Horizon", "At The Heart Of Winter" and more. This version of At The Heart Of Winter comes as a 1xCD. -
The fifth studio album by Norwegian black metal legends! This album marks a shift in Immortal's musical sound, towards a black metal and thrash metal fusion. The album title says it all, giving a complete description of the cold, brutal (yet beautiful) atmosphere portrayed within the melodies and screeching vocals. 46-minute frost epic and most vicious black metal riffs ever laid to tape.

It is the fifth album by Immortal, a symbol of fast black metal. A nice album cover is good too, but to me it's just annoying that the case was delivered with a smashed.

Vladislav M. - 01/Oct/2020 5 of 5 Stars!
In my opinion, this album can rightly be called the best in Immortal's career, expressive and composing skills reached their peak here.
