Sergey S. - 09/Aug/2021 Good, interesting music.
Sometimes the vocals for such music are weak,
but he doesn't spoil the overall impression.
But the recording quality is unsatisfactory.
The sound is flat, unexpressive, unbalanced,
typical of the CBS Records, especially Dutch-made
(Biem/Stemra)
Music - 5, sound - 3.
| | Vagner C. - 01/Dec/2019 Judas Priest were fundamental to development of the heavy metal music and in the 70's they produced great albums, as this powerful Sin After Sin! Great guitar, great voice and and great songs.
| | Ivica S. - 16/Dec/2018 My favorite album from 70s - album produced ROGER GLOVER from DEEP PURPLE - very good HEAVY album - I recommend
| | Alexander S. - 25/Sep/2018 The first album by JUDAS PRIEST, released via major label. A fairly strong record, although much inferior to Sad Wings Of Destiny and British Steel. In it you can find many flaws, inaccuracies. Guitars are weak enough, the voice is not too striking for the range. The best song on the album and the first hit "Sinner". Drummer Simon Phillips is a rather miserable sight and can hardly stand on a par with Dave Holland, and even more so Scott Travis, who also distinguished himself in Paul Gilbert's remarkable band Racer X. The album features a song for the first time in the history of music that resembles a heavy metal - Dissident Agressor - that is why Judas Priest are called inventors of heavy metal style. In the licensed version of this album among the bonuses you can find a wonderful cover version of the song of the brothers Curtis "Race With The Devil", which can not but rejoice.
| | Eduardo F. - 20/Oct/2017 Not as good as Sad Wings or Stained Class, but a great album in its own right.
