Stereo Total vorzustellen dürfte mittlerweile überflüssig sein. Françoise Cactus und Brezel Göring spielen seit Mitte der 90er Underground-Elektropopsongs, ihr letztes reguläres Album "Paris-Berlin" erschien 2007. Der Look von "Baby Ouh!" lässt sich am ehesten als "hysterischer Glamour" beschreiben, der Sound ist verspielt, experimentierfreudig, die Texte sind R ?n? R?: romantisch und rebellisch. Unter den 17 Stücken finden sich auch Coverversionen von Stereo Totals Idolen wie Brigitte Fontaine und Pedro Almodóvar. Außerdem haben viele Gastmusiker mitgewirkt, von Gina d?Orio (Cobra Killer) über Miss le Bomb bis zum Original Oberkreuzberger Nasenflötenorchester. "Baby Ouh" enthält die Musik, die Stereo Total selbst gerne im Radio hören würden. Mit Texten, die anarchisch, anstößig, lustig, auf eine überdrehte Art poetisch sind und einer Musik, die mit Flohmarktinstrumenten gespielt wird und in ihrem Lo-Fi-Verständnis grundsätzlich die vorletzte technische Entwicklung als beste ansieht.
