Der als Unternehmer in der Tourismus-Branche tätige Dr. Wegner ist ein Workaholic. Nach zig Jahren kann er sich endlich wieder einmal zum Ferienmachen entschließen. Natürlich steuert er mit Familie glatt das von seinen eigenen Agenturen vermittelte Schlosshotel am Wörthersee an, um so ganz nebenbei den Kundenservice vor Ort zu prüfen. Zwar erhält der Schlosshotelchef eine entsprechende Information, doch Wegner wird verwechselt und die ihm zugedachte Vorzugsbehandlung kommt einem anderen zu.
