Complete Kala Recordings, 1973

Description:

Tracks 1 to 8 from the 1973 LP "Kala" [Bradley's Records BRADL 1002]. Tracks 9-10 from the 1973 LP "Bradley's Roadshow: Live at the Marquee" [Bradley's Records BRADB 4001]. Tracks 11-12 live in 1973 (previously unreleased). Tracks 13-14 feature new vocals from Phil "Shiva" Jones (previously unreleased). Tracks 9 to 14 are bonus selections. Tracks 1 to 8 recorded at Lansdowne, Morgan and Air Studios, London. Tracks 9-10 recorded live at The Marquee Club, Wardour Street, London on Sunday 25th March, 1973. Tracks 11-12 recorded in 1973 at an unremembered location. Tracks 13-14 new vocals recorded in March 2010 at Lucky K Studios, Pensacola, FL. "In the absence of surviving master tapes or multi-track sources for any of the Kala material on the Bradley's we've used for mastering two excellent-to-pristine copies of the Kala LP on vinyl and one copy of the Bradley's Roadshow LP on vinyl" ( from booklet's technical note ) Comes with 16-page booklet with extensive liner notes, photos and discographic annotations.
