Description:2010 archive release from the British Electronica duo. Though it's debatable whether Future Sound of London actually lived up to the bold proclamation inherent in their name, the club-kid duo of Garry Cobain and Brian Dougans brought a fresh approach to creating the house and hardcore sounds that ruled early-'90's British clubs. Using an eclectic array of samples, and pulling liberally from the various techno subgenres emerging at the time, FSOL produced a sound that in many ways defined the electronic music scene of England in the early '90's, yet remained distinct unto itself. Later FSOL projects incorporated an array of multimedia effects that utilized video footage, radio broadcasts, and PC link-ups. Passion Music.
