Description:
Utilizing a violinist (Simon House) and a female vocalist (Bridget Wishart), Hawkwind added striking new dimensions to their already-multidimensional metal sound on this 1990 LP. Three unreleased bonus tracks (Snake Dance; a live recording of Out of the Shadows, and the single version of Images) join Realms; Ship of Dreams; TV Suicide, and the rest of the original release!
I really love the music of this band from the 70's. Then in the 80s the band's style changed a little, which was enough to make me forget about it. I decided to see what happened to the band in the 90s and ordered this album. To my surprise, the CD contains very interesting music, although not the same as on the first four albums, but also good. Perhaps it's worth listening to the band's albums over the past 30 years.
