Description:2008 anthology. Phil Cordell was a singer and multi-instrumentalist with a number of hits in the early 1970's as a solo artist and with the bands Springwater and Dan the Banjo. Sadly, Phil died in 2007 aged 59. His unique sound lives on, a sound that was very much a part of the 1970's. This 22 track collection features musical assistance from guitarist Ray Fenwick. Angel Air 2008.
Tracks 14, 16 to 22 previously unreleased. Phil Cordell all instruments with special thanks to Paul Kendrick (guitars), Graham Putland (guitars), Barry De Souza (drums), Ray Fenwick (guitars), Dave Marquee (bass guitar), Lennie Watts (pinafore Stockdale and keyboards). Mastered at SRT, Cambridge during August 2008 under the watchful eye of Ray Fenwick. Licensed for the World and Solar system from the estate of Phil Cordell. PHIL CORDELL 1947-2007 RIP.
