The first live album by American rock band the Allman Brothers Band, and their third release overall. In 2004, the album was selected for preservation in the Library of Congress by the National Recording Registry, deemed to be "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant".

he Allman Brothers Band have never sounded better. Classic tracks like "One Way Out" come alive and you will hear subtle sounds you could not hear in the original CD. The highs are much improved. Highly recommended

Live At Filmore East is quite simply a cornerstone of rock. It's definitely the ultimate peak of live showmanship, and even has a lot in common with classic jazz; it's impossible to categorize. It's easily one of most flawless and inventive live recordings.

Que gran álbum en directo de los hermanos Allman, es el primer trabajo en vivo de ésta gran banda que combina el blues, el rock, el country y el jazz, un gran disco, un deber tenerlo, un lujo escuchar a Duane y Gregg Alman.
