Recorded and Mixed at Echo Park, Studio B, Bloomington, Indiana, between February and April, 2003. Additional recording at The Grey Ghost. "Idea #21" is not mentioned in the packaging, but it is titled in disc two's CD-Text. The silence is part of the track's pregap, so that skipping to track eleven actually begins at the music on most CD players.
