« Pins & Needles » est le troisième album studio du groupe canadien The Birthday Massacre et paraît au format CD chez l?éditeur Metropolis Records. Cet opus met en avant la combinaison caractéristique de synthpop, de rock gothique et d?influences darkwave qui fait la renommée du groupe : une atmosphère sombre mais mélodieuse portée par des titres marquants comme « In the Dark », « Control » ou encore « Shallow Grave ».
