I would rather have some of the older songs from Bon Jovi's earlier albums in the 1980's instead of the newer songs. My choice is : 7800 Fahrenheit - Highly recommended

The second longplay of Bon Jovi commercial rock masters was greeted with coolness, although it sold well in the wake of the success of the 1984 debut debut Bon Jovi. In general, there is no special development in comparison with that album in the musicians ’creativity, except that it should be noted that the music has become a bit heavier - the style has become closer to hard rock / glam metal than to AOR. But the sound quality is a little lame, which was not seen on the "Bon Jovi", perhaps the transience is affected. The good technique of playing the guitar is pleasing - Ritchie Sambora at altitude. At the level of other musicians, especially vocalist John Bon Jovi with an instantly recognizable timbre with a slight hoarseness. Now you can skip to the song content: unfortunately, here the 7800 Farenheit loses the debut. Successful compositions such as the opening hard rock hit “In & Out of Love” and the gloomy semi-ballad “The Hardest Part is the Night” are combined with the good “The Price of Love”, “Only Lonely” and “Always Run to You” and not very good things like Tokyo Road, To the Fire. The rest is at a solid average. In general, there are still more advantages than disadvantages, but far from an excellent debut, Fahrenheit lacks fresh ideas. I would not call this work a failure, it is quite good, although far from ideal. A strong middle peasant who made a worthy competition to the creation of Motley Crue "Theater of Pain" of the same year. Moreover, next year Bon Jovi will still show what they are capable of.
