This second of Naxos' two-disc survey of Giorgio Federico Ghedini' complete piano music includes his largest-scale work for solo piano, the 1922 Sonata, an intimate and harmonically complex piece which emphasizes pianistic colour.

Tracks 1 to 11 and 15 are world première recordings.
