Featuring the angelic tones of Colin Blunstone, backed by Paul Atkinson (guitar), Rod Argent (keyboards), Chris White (bass) and Hugh Grundy (drums), this collection of moving, poignant and melodic songs that were finally performed â??live' in concert when the band recently began touring again. Listen and you'll know why American A&R man Al Kooper insisted that Columbia put out the album, when it was in danger of being overlooked.
Presented in vinyl LP format (Mono or Stereo versions), this is an unmissable retro rave up to delight all serious collectors. You don't have to be an oracle to know this is the season of the Zombies. - Excellent two CD release that features two different mixes of The Zombies' classic Odessey & Oracle album plus bonus tracks including the complete unreleased album R.I.P. Disc Two contains the stereo mix of the album, an alternate mix of 'A Rose for Emily' and the 12 track R.I.P. album, which was scheduled for release in 1969 but was shelved.Reissue of "Odessey & Oracle" album (1968) in Mono and Stereo versions.
