Loveheart is an album by Merz, released in 2011. The album is a singer-songwriter CD. -

Back in 1999 Merz was everywhere: Top of the Pops, Later with Jools Holland, and Glastonbury to name but a few. He was even the subject of a 4Music documentary on Channel 4. Signed to Sony/Epic, he looked set to conquer the world. Since his considerable splash, Merz has apparently disappeared without a trace. But six years later, he is well and truly back with a dazzling album, 'Love heart'. Elaborating on his early pastoral influences, the album features an astonishing range of delicate instrumentation, and crucially, is illuminated by brilliant arrangements. 'Love heart' is the work of a gifted and passionate songwriter with a rare musical talent.
