Michał S. - 08.02.2024 Great in every detail. Comes with a 3D glasses that you can look upon a artwork, pretty neat I must admit. Songs like The Pot, Vicarious or Right on Two nade this album brilliant and vivid.
| | HYUNG RAE K. - 29.05.2022 Thankfully, 10,000 Days was worth the labor pains and wait to deliver. It's not only a step forward for the band, but a re-embracing of the epic-length rock songs found at the roots of early heavy metal.
| | Viacheslav P. - 22.08.2021 I haven’t got high quality CD player, but my BD-player stuck on ‘10000 Days’ track.
Another player might solve this issue, I haven’t tried yet.
Despite this amazing album and sound of the CD.
| | Alexander S. - 15.01.2020 After balancing between genius and profanity, “Aenima”, after a more even, but less bright than “Lateralus” predecessor, depressive progres from California piled their most “musically focused” and better work. All the branded “chips” remained: the complexity of the compositions, their impressive timing, self-digging and a special gloomy atmosphere. But the musicians abandoned the deliberate, excessive avant-garde - there is practically no noise debris abounding on Aenima (the exception is Viginti Tres, the heir to such masterpieces as Disqustipated, (-) Ions and Faaip De Oiad "). The sound of the tracks is very solid and “springy” (according to the sound of “10,000 Days” it is somewhat reminiscent of some Rush albums, and the voice of Maynard J. Keenan is sometimes very similar to the voice of Gaddy Lee). Despite its asceticism, the album is more expressive, "catchy" than "Lateralus". All tracks are different, individual and memorable. Just fantastic things - "Vicarious", "The Pot" and "Rosetta Stoned". "10,000 Days" may well qualify for the title of the best release of the year in general, and as part of the prog metal something that can compete with the fourth full-length Tool this year has certainly not yet been noticed.
| | Ivica S. - 19.09.2017 This may not be Lateralus, but certainly the album that every fan of Pink Floyd, Zappa, Iron Butterfly, King Cromson music should have in the collection
