True Lies is a Swedish rock combo, originally formed in Malmo, Sweden in 1988. They have so far recorded one mini album, and three full length albums: Where Are the Angels (1989), Marshmuggers Love Jelly-fish (1990), Greed bird (1993) and Needle Park (1997). Social D-Day released on Rootsy. Nu is their latest album containing 10 songs written by Mikael Harrsjo and Anders Ragnarsson. Accompanied by Mats Bengtsson, piano, Hammond and more, Asa Gjerstad, cello, Filip Runesson, violins, Ulf Fagerberg, saxophone, Niklas Fredin, French horn and trumpet. Mikael's daughter Wilma provided wonderful background vocals and young Max Adolfsson teamed up with them to gain experience as a recording studio guitarist. A modern rock album filled with wonderful songs including the title track "Yeah", "Willies Wonderland" and many more., Labelcode RTNU30.2
