The fifth studio album by English hard rock band Whitesnake, released in November 1982. It peaked at number 9 on the UK Albums Chart. I recommend.

Probably, Coverdale himself didn’t like the simplified sound of the previous album, because this CD was recorded in the best traditions of “Lovehunter” and “Ready an 'Willing”. And this means that here we are waiting for all the same uncomplicated, but extremely pleasant for the ears of hard-lovers songs about girls, but all this will be played with an eye to the early albums - that is, with a heavier sound and almost no commercial aftertaste. Moreover, in some places, pretty hard riffs slip, like in “Rough and 'Ready”, for example. I can not say that the album is replete with hits, but it is extremely smooth. It is impossible, however, not to select the well-known hit “Here I Go Again” - the most commercial, but also the most memorable on the album. But you will not hear anything fundamentally new here, however, and there’s nothing to upset the album itself - just another good CD.

Mickey, Bernie, Jon & Ian the last time - a great album - great members - I recommend

This album came out in 1982 and it's still a hard rock masterpiece. The re-mastered edition contains 3 bonus tracks (one of them is an old unfinished song "Soul Survivor"). Inside the booklet you find really a lot of interesting information. A must have album!
