Beschreibung:Limited vinyl LP repressing featuring Braille inscriptions originally available only on the album's rare first pressing. This reissue is newly remastered from original analog. Talking Book is the fifteenth album by Stevie Wonder, originally released in 1972. "You Are the Sunshine of My Life", hit #1 on Billboard's Hot 100 and earned Stevie his first Grammy Award. The album's first single, "Superstition", also hit #1 on Billboard's Hot 100 and Hot Soul Singles charts. Sandwiched between the release of Music of My Mind and Innervisions, Talking Book saw Wonder enjoying more artistic freedom from Motown. Guest appearances include Jeff Beck, Ray Parker, Jr., David Sanborn, and Buzz Feiten. The sound of the album is sharply defined by Wonder's keyboard work, especially with the synthesizers he incorporated, giving a funky edge to tracks like "Maybe Your Baby". His use of the Hohner clavinet model C on "Superstition" is widely regarded as one of the definitive tracks featuring the instrument., Runningtime: 00:00:00, Lacquer Cut By: Ron McMaster, Mastered By: George Marino, Photography By: Robert Margouleff, Producer [Associate], Engineer, Programmed By [Moog]: Malcolm Cecil, Producer [Associate], Engineer, Programmed By [Moog]: Robert Margouleff, Producer, Vocals, Synthesizer [Arp, Moog], Music By: Stevie Wonder, Recorded By: Austin Godsey, Recorded By: Joan DeCola, Written-By: Stevie Wonder, Backing Vocals: Gloria Barley, Backing Vocals: Jim Gilstrap, Backing Vocals: Lani Groves, Bass: Scott Edwards (2), Congas: Daniel Ben Zebulon, Guitar: Ray Parker Jr., Alto Saxophone: David Sanborn, Backing Vocals: Deniece Williams, Backing Vocals: Shirley Brewer, Backing Vocals: Jim Gilstrap, Backing Vocals: Lani Groves, Congas: Daniel Ben Zebulon, Written-By: Yvonne Wright, Saxophone: Trevor Lawrence, Trumpet: Steve Madaio, Backing Vocals: Jim Gilstrap, Backing Vocals: Lani Groves, Written-By: Syreeta Wright, Backing Vocals: Debra Wilson, Backing Vocals: Loris Harvin, Backing Vocals: Shirley Brewer, Guitar: Buzzy Feiten, Guitar: Jeff Beck, Written-By: Syreeta Wright, Written-By: Yvonne Wright, Labelcode 5709756 (B0025529-01, B0025529-01, B0025529-01), Phonographic Copyright (p) Motown Records, Copyright (c) Motown Records, Record Company UMG Recordings, Inc., Distributed By Universal Music Distribution, Recorded At Air Studios, Recorded At Electric Lady Studios, Recorded At Crystal Sound, Recorded At Record Plant, Los Angeles, Lacquer Cut At Capitol Mastering

Forty years after its original release, "Talking Book" continues to speak volumes and speak them eloquently. Highly recommended
