Alexander S. - 04.10.2018 Everything is in the vein of the late Savatage, with the exception that the vocals have become more uniform. Especially annoying long repetition of the same words in some songs. Why do such things, I generally can not understand. Take, say, Iron Maiden. The guys will write a good song with a good chorus, but they will sing the chorus so many times that he is just tired. And who does not get bored a hundred times repeated line? The same is true of Poets and Madmen, not on the scale of Iron Maiden, but also unpleasant.
But very pleased with the guitar, which several times as if breaks off the chain and begins to very dynamically solo the solo. The nature of the music evokes an epic mood. The compositions are very wide, and their duration seems much longer than it actually is. The sound is moderately heavy, but not thrash and not a speed metal (an analogue of a group is generally difficult to find). In general, the album is good. Although with minor errors. Purchase and listen worth.
